Schedule Breakdown
Tuesdays at 11am:
Box N Balance
Helps with balance, cognitive function and flexibility. Meditation or qigong is done at the end of class. This class is split by capability levels.
Wednesdays at 5pm:
Strength and Mobility with Jenny
Fitness class that helps with the mobility of the shoulders and neck, balance, and posture. The other half of the class is functional training using free weights.
Thursday at 11am:
Circuit Training with Gabby
This class includes slam ball exercises, band work, smart bell work and more.
Saturday at 12pm:
Boxing and Cognitive Exercises with Gabby
Boxing mixed with cognitive training and brain games. This class is for all capability levels.
